We're a group of musicians and artists, drawn together by common values. We're citizens committed to creating, through music, art and free speech, a society characterized by freedom, justice and tolerance (oh yeah, and we also wouldn't mind making some money). We support individual rights, personal responsibility and free enterprise. We choose to resist the exploitation of working people throughout the world, as well as intolerance, injustice, bigotry, violence and war. We seek to promote a government that serves the people rather than corporate interests, that protects the environment, that acts with justice in the world and does not needlessly limit the rights and freedoms of its citizens. Browse through the links above to get a taste of Our Music & Lyrics (the pen is mightier than the sword, but how does it do against smart bombs and nukes?), Our Artwork (seeing is believing), Current Rants (what in the world is ticking us off right now), and the Man Behind the Curtain (things are not always as they seem--or as some would have you believe). We've also jotted brief self-descriptions under Who We Are, to give some idea of our backgrounds and curriculum vitae. Hopefully, you'll find something within these pages to stir your senses, spark your imagination, and invite you to question the status quo. Enjoy! |
